These freezable, leakproof bags can go straight into the oven or microwave to cook your fish in the en papillote style of cooking maintaining full flavour. You can add flavoured butters, marinades, vegetables or even a dash of wine to heighten the flavour. To use – just remove the gum strip cover and press seal using the pre-folded flap.
