Using a roll of laminated foil, in conjunction with the Mistral 350 sealing machine, or the Sealing Dispenser System. The system results in a sealed pouch which protects the fish during transport and storage thus preserving the freshness of the product until it is consumed.

The product can be frozen and prevents freezer burn, and removes the possibility of cross contamination during storage in the refrigerator due to the hermetical seal. “Customers love it” The system is totally flexible as the material is supplied on a continuous roll; so from a single fillet to a whole salmon it provides an efficient use of material as the operative only uses enough material for each sale, making a bag to suit each purchase.
